Quality control is carried out upon arrival of leather and accessories. They are sorted and audited according to the standards required by our customers. Controls are carried out during the production. In the final phase of the production process, the quality manager further checks the finished products. Customers can also send their own quality manager.
We regularly invest in training our workers. They are coached by technicians coming from Italy or France.
All of our production workshop supervisors have at least 15 years of experience in our field. Their tasks are to ensure compliance with production deadlines, to optimize purchase of materials and be sure of their quality, and to train the apprentices.
